The Melanoma Research Foundation, Fred Hutch, and SCCA are partnering to present the 6th Annual Northwest Melanoma Symposium: Science to Survivorship for melanoma patients, families, and their supporters on Saturday, May 11 at the Pelton Auditorium on the Hutchinson Center campus. This is a free educational event that highlights the latest in melanoma prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The day-long program includes presentations by SCCA’s Dr. Scott Tykodi, who will be speaking about next generation cancer immunotherapy; M.D. Anderson’s Dr. Merrick Ross, who will address modern treatment recommendations; and SCCA’s Kim Jordan, who will discuss nutrition. In the afternoon there will be a patient panel as well as lots of opportunities for questions and answers with all of the symposium presenters.
Anyone interested in learning about where the leading edge is in melanoma treatment is encouraged to attend–but you need to register first. See the complete agenda here. We hope you will join us on May 11!
