This class focuses on developing an awareness of the body, the breath, and the mind through the use of guided movement, breathing, sounds and meditation. There are no physical limitations to attending.

Moving Beyond Cancer to Wellness is an annual event designed for cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, friends, family and health care professionals. It is designed to provide general education on a variety of the late- and long-term effects faced by cancer survivors after treatment is completed.
